    Collected via Stripe; Learn Driver receives:

    We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes.

    We automatically share legally required course completion data with state agencies and authorized partners for certification and regulatory purposes.

    8.3 Business Transfers

    Personal Information may be transferred in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset transactions.

    We may disclose information where necessary to comply with laws, enforce our rights, or protect the safety of users or the public.

    9. Data Retention

    • Payment records: retained for 7 years

    • Logs and telemetry: retained for 30–90 days

    • Deleted accounts: removed after a 30-day soft deletion period

    All data is processed and stored in the United States.

    14. Governing Law

    This Policy is governed by the laws of Arizona, with Texas-specific compliance obligations applicable to regulated driver education programs.

    Any disputes relating to this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

    15. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and by updating the date at the top of this page.
